We recognize the importance of security regarding your credit card details. In order to guarantee the highest level of security we use the following security practices.

We have no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet since this service was made available to our customers.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site. The only location that has the private key pair is the authorized full-time Dataman employee.

Cookies
Our website creates a single cookie on your machine containing session and state information. The information within this cookie does not include any personal or financial information. Our website requires cookies to be enabled in the web browser and in any third party security programs to allow tasks such as registering, logging in, buying items or accessing accounts. Please be aware that should cookies be disabled or blocked by third party software, many of the features of the website will be impaired or unavailable. At no point does the dataman website create any third party cookies on your machine.

Minors
The dataman.com website is not intended for children and we ask that no-one under the age of 13 submits personal information to us or uses the site without supervision of a parent or guardian.

Deletion of your Personal Data
We are unable to delete your dataman.com account information containing your personal information for a period of 6 years from the date of your last interaction with us. This is because we may need to access historical information for business reporting purposes.
