Dataman Vali-Flash 2.0 Card Reader Not Detected

Recently we have discovered a problem that results in the compact flash (CF) card reader not being detected when using Vali-Flash 2.0E/M. The symptoms of this problem are as follows:

The CF card reader is not detected leading to validation failure

The error occurs when a printer with a combined flash card reader is connected. This interferes with the Vali-Flash software. Please disconnect all printers which feature combined flash card readers before starting Vali-Flash.
