• With offices in both the UK and USA our policy is to have all products available in stock so we pack and dispatch your order on the day of ordering.
• We offer free of charge technical support via telephone and e-mail.
• We do not believe in answering services and our policy to ensure a member of our team whether sales or service is always available to answer calls within working hours.
• All e-mails received within working hours are replied within 3 hours of receiving.
